Aloo Ghosht/Potato Mutton Curry Recipe

Ingredients,
Potato 100
Mutton 400
Onion sliced 1
Tomato sliced 1
Whole spices 20 gm
Salt 1 tbsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Red chili powder1tsp
Degi mirh 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Oil 1 1/2 cup
Ginger garlic powder 2 tbsp

Method

Add oil in pan and add onion ,cook until golden brown.
When onion golden brown add ginger garlic paste with mutton cook for 5 mints.
add all spices and 2 cup of water and cook untill mutton done .
When mutton done add tomatoes and potatos and cook finelly for bhunai.
after bhunai add water as you like for garavy and cok for more 10 mints.
Mutton potato cury ready to serve.
