Hi everyone. Just wanted to make a quick post about how a slight change in lifestyle can really have an affect on yourself as a person.
I've been a cryptocurrency trader for around 6 months now, been constantly learning new techniques but these techniques have never given me consistant success. A few weeks back I started waking up at 6am and got into the habit of starting my day with a workout, either swimming or a run.
This slight change in lifestyle has made quite a big difference to me, i've noticed that i'm able to enter more successful trades and just have a more positive mindset on trading and other things in general.
So you think, so you feel, so you act.
So if you're struggling on achieving your goals, maybe all you need is a slight change in lifestyle :)
