It looks like it glitched out. It happened to me several times but a long time ago. At some point, I started posting like this: I paste a link in a Reddit link window and wait until Reddit pulls the post's title from Hive. Only after that, I edit (or not edit) the title and publish the share. Maybe, this is even stupid what I just said but... I never had such troubles since I began this.
That actually is good advice, thanks.
Whether it works like that or not, I will start doing that too.
