The topic at hand is the basic blockchain etiquette that has developed here over the years. I never accused him of plagiarism, and I never told him not to post porn. I just said it would be proper to decline payout.

If I found someone copy/pasting Longfellow in a poetry post, or sharing a painting by Monet in an art post, without any original content of their own, I would also downvote that and advise declining payout there, too.
