Excellent meatballs !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Ingredients:
2 onions
30 gr of butter
20 grams of bread or crackers
20 cl of milk
200 gr of chopped steak
200 gr chopped pork
- 1 tomato coulis
1 egg
salt ; pepper
Peel the onions and coarsely chop. Heat half of the butter in a frying pan and sauté the onions until golden brown.
Soak bread crumbs or rusks in the milk. Pour into the pan and mix well with the onions.
Thoroughly mix the meats with the contents of the pan (or mix them in the bowl of an electric robot). Add the whole egg, mix. Taste and rectify the seasoning.
Shape dumplings with this stuffing. Heat the remaining butter in the pan, and brown the meatballs by flattening them slightly (they will leather faster) on both sides. Add the tomato coulis and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes.
Serve these hot meatballs with cheese pasta (or rice if you do not like pasta)
Mmmm. Looks so good. But I'm so hungry right now, that might be why it sounds so yummy. But in any case, I think I'm going to try this receipe! I think it's worth it to try this one.
