POLONIEX STEEM COMPLETE ERROR RESOLVED IN 2 MIN.

Hello guys, this is my first time posting here. And I am doing so because there are many people like me look for solutions about the same issue.

I tried to Transfer some STEEM from POLONIEX TO BITTREX 17 DAYS AGO, and had 'COMPLETE ERROR' issue.

I opened the ticket immediately and basically waited till now(17days). In the meanwhile, I tried to private msg to mike(cfo? of Poloniex) from the Reddit, also replyed to the poloniex support who automatically replyed to my ticket. Nothing helped until now.

I heard Issuing another ticket from the support is not helping other people solve the backlong issues, but I was start worrying about my funds. So, I made another ticket, but this time I changed the answer to "NO" from the question ' if this is a timely...  want to cancel the transaction?'

Then literally in 2 minutes, I got an email from the Poloniex said you have your funds back.  And there we go...

Why did I suffer for long time????? 

I couldn't transfer to Bittrex, but I have my STEEM BACK at least!
