Poloniex stop forking me over...

in #poloniex7 years ago

@poloniex, you've had Steem and SBD disabled for over a week.

It wouldn't be so bad if my 490 STEEM transfer from last Sunday (before the Hard Fork! and before you disabled the wallets!) wasn't lost in limbo. Your support team's generic response that the wallet was down for maintenance isn't much comfort after a week.

Just return it, I'll be finding another trading platform.

Sort:

For Poloniex, ASAP = As Slowly as Possible. Poloniex is hopelessly behind on its support tickets. It took them over 1 month to resolve my ticket, during which time they held onto over $1K of my XEM tokens. I wrote a tongue-in-cheek post about it here: https://steemit.com/cryptocurrency/@infinite-monkey/294-return-in-6-weeks-with-new-poloniex-compulsory-savings-program

Poloniex frezzed my steem wallet too. And over a week ago I transferred 70 STEEM to polo and it didn't appear in my wallet 😧
Polo support doesn't give any answers on my requests 😳
It zo strange anf unnormal that such a big company cannot afford a good service.

you will be credited once the wallets get online on Polo ;)

that's our hope. but when will that happen?

nobody knows when Polo enables them but it is certain you will be credited ASAP they open the wallets :)

Use bittrex looks like they dont have such problems

Give Bittrex a try once you get your money back. I switched to it because I wasn't a big fan of Polo's CS and thought they were kind of slow. I've been using Bittrex for about a month and I love it way, way more. Gives you what your crypto is worth in US dollars right on your wallet, deposit/withdrawals seem to be decently faster, and I've heard the customer service is pretty good.

Either way, hope you get your funds back ASAP!

Give me Bittrex's stability & features with Polo's GUI.
