Have a ticket in with Poloniex for 3 weeks now, not feeling particular positive. I am also on BTC-e and Coinbase, my experience across the board has not been good. Customer service is not a top priority for these wallets/exchanges, I blame some of that on immaturity of the new industry and companies.
