If it is to be globalism vs nationalism, since nations are a subdivision of the globe, might it, at least, be instructive to subdivide it further, and see that the individual is the source from which creation is manifest. The individual, every individual, is the only important thing. Until this is accepted as the basis for all liberty, true liberty cannot exist.

You seem to be saying that humans are not, by instinct, tribal creatures. We surely are. It's part of our evolutionary make-up. The more atomised we become as individuals, the less happy we are.

I am saying nothing of the kind. This is to point out, that until there is respect for individual rights, there can be no truly free association, and tribalism becomes tyranny.

Not all humans are happily tribal.

Although I don't necessarily agree with the 'new right' movement's attitude towards people outside of their cultural norms, I do support their stand on freedom of speech. For that reason I would upvote this post and follow to see where these ideas are going.

I have some concerns about both the left and the right, as they have become polarized and discourse between them is not evident. There is some evidence that this is a problem from the left, in that they refuse to enter into a dialogue.

I don't want to align myself with either side, because both sides are moving away from center to more extreme expressions of their particular ideological proclivities.

Videos like this where ominous tones are being played in a one side monologue criticizing people who are not having their own say on the matter are essentially right wing progaganda videos. I'll be happy when we see the videos of the two sides having civil debate.

The USA is supposed to be about individual rights. The 'left' and 'right' are obstacles to this. Individual sovereignty is all, or there is nothing, and all bets are off. Humanity has come to a fork in the road. Respect individual rights or be utterly annihilated.

I like this. It is about the individual. The individual must trump the community, because the individual is the source of transformative power in society.

I appreciate your thoughtful comment.

My channel is most definitely giving a nationalist perspective. This is where the real contest of ideas is right now. The centre ground of politics is dead for a reason, and that reason is that people can see where the world is heading if we do not drastically change course.

The question of globalism vs. nationalism is such a fundamental one, that it goes right to the core of our identities and personal philosophies. Civil debate is nigh impossible when the stakes are so high.
