In a case that is sure to shock all pooches and pets across the country, the Canadian Supreme Court has ruled that most forms of bestiality have been deemed legal, so long as there is no penetration is involved.
In a bizarre case and with a 7-1 majority, the Canadian Supreme Court found that "Although bestiality was often subsumed in terms such as sodomy or buggery, penetration was the essence - 'the defining act' - of the offence."

This is an absolute joke and I once thought Canada was a beautiful place and would be the pinnacle of an awesome place to live. However between this and Bill C-16 and C89 it would appear that Canada is slipping in to either insanity or some level of Hell.

I read it and don't see where you went wrong. The only thing wrong here is that it was pulled down because of damn hyper sensitive terrified snowflakes. It would also be easy to just sit back and say it's just Canada that is circling the drain but the entire planet is pretty much in the toilet with attitudes that were discussing. Canada is sadly just the current focal point. I mean there are laws in parts of the USA that allow mothers to abort their children AFTER they are born. I mean WTAF?!?!?! Now that is most definitely murder in my mind, no matter what way you slice it. And when you look deep enough the Planned Parenthood organisation is one of the most twisted and demented organisations there is (and there are many). But they hide it well.
