Indeed he did - I've also read that he didn't write the code either, though I can't verify that it certainly wouldn't surprise me. He's demonstrated he has absolutely no personal integrity (again, great credentials for a would-be politician). Have you seen the photos from his "ordinary people" tour? Creepy stuff. It's like he's trying to learn how a human acts so he can convincingly portray one on the campaign trail.
