Cats have more rights than any people anywhere in the world. Cats have no overlords, no government, no laws of any kind at all. Cats are utterly, unreservedly free. Such freedom is the natural state of living things, and only people are stupid enough to allow masters to impose arbitrary limits on their natural freedom of action.
