Seems like a kind of special unit is operating in that area! This strategy used by our last war against terrorism! Small group of Special forces attack the area and then major strike happened! I thin that kind of strategy is using here too! Anyway killing innocent is the problem! But I wish ISIS will eliminate from the world map soon!
