I don't think we will have any Scottish referendum until after the UK has left the EU. Even if it is done before then there is no way for Scotland to stay in the EU - this was discussed before the last referendum. Scotland would have to apply for membership as a separate country. So on that basis there is no new case for a referendum as either way Scotland will leave the EU.
