In what many are calling a long overdue move, Moscow has announced that it will reduce the number of US diplomatic and technical staff in Russia from 1100 to 455 (the same number of Russian diplomatic staff currently allowed in the US), as well as block US Embassy personnel from using a storage facility and dacha.
