Voting dilammer

There are certain morals most people agree on no matter which part of the world, social, economic, or culture they come from. One of these is that between a hired gun, and the person hiring, the person doing the hiring is worst. (If someone 'A' pays person 'B' to kill person 'C'. Most people will agree that person 'A' is the main perpetrator, person 'B' is rather a tool.) In a system where you are forced to choose "the lesser of two evils", you vote still goes to eval. I argue that participating, and therefore accepting a system where you vote for evil makes you responsible.
