Concerns over North Korea's nuclear program grew after the hermit state launched a new missile over the weekend. The missile landed in the sea close to Russia, Reuters reported. State-run news agency KCNA reported this morning North Korea’s latest ballistic missile test proved it could launch a nuclear strike.
