To The Supreme Court of the United States: For Christ's Sake, Write an Opinion that Matters!

Congress granted themselves arbitrary power when, either America's Natural Enemies aka Aliens(not to be confused with extra terrestrial life, persons per Congress 1798), or a majority of worthless representatives, set the Precedent of Ignorance, Apathy & Selfishness. This Precedent was established by a particular President's Chief Justice appointment & the mis-representation of his Opinion concerning the final clause of Article I Section 8 of the United States Constitution, producing alongside it a propaganda campaign formally known to the American People as "the Elastic Clause".

The fact that a single sentence of a Supreme Court opinion has the power to override an entire Article of the Constitution when it is misinterpreted and accepted by the American People proves that their opinion and our understanding of it is more powerful than all of Congress. the President & all of the authority that has been unlawfully legislated into existence combined. We the People are the last Check in the system of governance so brilliantly formed to provide a natural balance of powers which have been artificially corrupted, a system that needs to be Checked for everyones sake. A united Check on the Supreme Court to form the necessary and proper opinion that while the clause does mean "to enlarge"Congress's powers, the enlargement only applies to the "foregoing powers" listed in Article I Section 8 of the United States Constitution. The arbitrary power consequently granted to Congress is to the detriment of The People of the World & Americans as well, it has done exactly what Thomas Jefferson said it would do, turned it into the most corrupt government on earth.

There was an established Rule of Construction at the time of our Constitution's framing that states "where a phrase will bear either of two meanings, to give it to that which will allow some meaning to the other parts of the instrument, and not that which would render all the others useless.". The fact that the current interpretation renders all the "foregoing" powers vested in congress useless, proves that the "Elastic Clause" is in fact an Elaborate Fraud for the Chief Justice quoted to establish the Fraud was alive during the time of construction therefore would have known this rule and meant only to enlarge or ensure the superiority of The Federal Union meant to Govern the State Governments & foreign affairs.

This Fraud is a testament to the profound Ignorance of the American People concerning Politics & the Nature of nearly everything that is Truly American & last but not least our History. Confounding the terms of the Revolutionary Era to the point where it is nearly impossible to convey a message without being completely misunderstood, or triggering psychologically conditioned responses from people ensuring genuine discussions, progress &or unity among a significant portion of the population never occurs at the same time to effect change for the Public Good. Add to that the numerous ways of keeping people ignorant &or scared, foreign influence, the major party(divided for your illusion of choice at the polls.) & there you have the purely Insane Conundrum of American Politics, the X, Y, Z as Thomas Jefferson would write.

In order to restore a more perfect Union must understand and know these truths, Check the Supreme Court so that they will Check Congress & remove all the unlawful authority that has been legislated into existence, restoring the balance of powers intended and necessary for our own survival as a nation, our freedom as a people & last but not least our status in the world.

Provided the Supreme Court understands the simple word DEFENSE, writing a proper opinion on the matter of foreign war should be as simple as understanding the natural right secured to us by the Second Amendment of the Constitution, Self Defense. I don't particularly care to be allied with other nations that haven't adopted a constitution similar to our own but have no quarrel with helping anyone that wants or needs the help of defending themselves. I do however have a major problem with our armed forces being used all over the world to invade other countries regardless of what their leaders have done or are doing to their people, it would be just as easy to drop millions of letters over their country telling them to leave and where to go if they want to get away from those types of people &or countries. We have a safe place most of us call home, America, the people of these countries ought to be allowed in to our country or any of our allies countries provided they make it out and into our alleged civilized societies with adults making decisions....

In reality they are but children running an empire in the name of America & God, two things that may cause injury or death if used improperly or without adult supervision. It's about time that the adults in America make the children of our government do right by the people and the constitution instead of being bad parents and letting them have whatever they want. Self-Governance is the reason for the Declaration of Independence from the authority of parliament & "the form that it(US) shall ultimately take". The rest of the world thinks we agree with the fools in Washington doing great & terrible things in the name of America & God, one can only hope this will allow everyone to see that the true enemy of all of us is another person/entity given arbitrary authority to govern others instead of governing ourselves as is indicated by the Constitution for good reason by our Conscience & our Creator for the sake of Christ.
