I completely agree. It seems that the country in actual fact took a step to the right in the last general election but due to our electoral model we end up with a left-wing government securing a landslide victory. I think it's the most superficial result in our country's history.

Due to the mass disaffection of conservative voters giving up on the Conservative Party and moving over to Reform UK it appears that Reform UK won it for Labour, it's bizarre.

As for America what can you say? It's going to be absolutely crazy! However, what I do know is that when Trump was in the White House the war machine virtually came to a standstill and the world was a more peaceful place, which tells me a lot. If Harris wins expect the war machine to notch up a gear.
