PRINCIPLES OF AFRICAN POLITICS

The word Africa we have in the title must be trace to the territory that lie in the hemisphere of the globe which is at the center of Greenwich Meridean and the equator below the European continent with the largest concentration of the black people having some minus races toward the extreme North, extreme East, Extreme South and extreme West.
"RHA Nuras said and I quote African cannot attain a level of development because of vicious circle of poverty that they earn so little, invest so little, save so little and harvest so little".
African politics refers to the whole understanding of network of institution, an event, process that have existed in the past that are now occurring presently to the activities of state and their various institution.
We can then view it as any phenomenon that string of the state coercive authority passing through it.
African politics center on historical development of African government, politics and political institutions. It created a linkage between a past African and present situation of African. African center on the dynamic of political institution, processes as obtained in African continent during Precolonial, Colonial and Post colonial eras.
