It shows "Yet Again" how the world has become increasing;y complex needing increased amounts of analysis regulatory staff, and ultimately politicians, and instead we have an idiotic and meaningless "small government" mantra, largely there for the sole purpose of maximizing the extraction of taxpayer money and shifting tax burden to the poor.
