In this video, Tim Moen, leader of The Libertarian Party of Canada calls out the Conservative Party of Canada for their continued purge of small government and voluntaryist libertarians as they continue to support big government ideals and push a neoconservative agenda.
The Conservative Party is boring, outdated and all they can say is that they're "not liberal" which is certainly not a selling point in 2017 as people are vastly misguided on what government is and should be.
Following Maxime Bernier's near win for leadership of the party, the fact that this purge continues shows just how out of touch with reality these statists are.
Do we want to see the same thing perpetuate in government forever? Or do we want to stand up for individualism? It's up to you.

Goodness, I hope people reading this understand Liberalism and Libertarianism are two totally different things.
All governments know how to do is grow like a cancer, steal everyone's money, and control everything we do in our lives. If i had 1 wish it would be for them to just disappear. Thanks
Neoconservative agenda! Hahaha that is oxymoron. They better change entirely rather than bringing change in a non changing organisation
But from the other hand the aim of any government is to create comfortable conditions for economy growth. According to the latest statistical data Canada at the top of the list of countries and organizations that have positive influence on world affairs today.

Seems to me it makes Canada promising but quiet shore for investments globally, which will couse economic growth.

Your post was mentioned in my hit parade in the following category:Congratulations @joshsigurdson!
I have no hope for Canada. Between the feminist islamist Justine and the boring Conservatives who are hell-bent on proving that they are more progressive than the liberals, what hope is there? I can't think of one person in Canadian politics with any leadership skills - not one. Even Brian Jean, the leader of the Wildrose Party in Alberta, has now said that the time for hard right governments is over. A stupid and ignorant comment considering that Alberta has done very well in the previous 40 years of conservative rule. I would agree that the time for hard right governments is over, but Jean argued for a more centrist government which is the last thing we need. What we need is a libertarian government, with a focus on individual responsibility with a decreased reliance and interference by the government. I guess it's about as likely as a rain storm in the desert.
