I thought Pelosi put it on hold. BTW, no one ever says when it is okay to ask foreign enemies to help you win the election. Is just a little meddling okay? What about if you make full use of their spy and propaganda services? How about you ask them to send some troops and tanks to help maintain order at the polls?
