I live in Costa Rica and believe me that Cyprus and Greece are not the only countries where the public sector is overpayed. Hopefully that's changing now, but I see how people shoot themselves in the foot so easily.

I would say that the most critical issue is people getting used to banks and governments solving problems for them. There is nothing wrong with people wanting stuff, but they are not willing to work for it. So they go to the banks for what looks as an easy solution and end up screwing themselves up.

But well! Hey could you tell me where did you learn to do those fancy text separators. They look great!
