No one on the Left wants to believe there is a coordinated effort to destroy elections in the U.S. through fraud. One of the things I have high expectations for is President Trump's Commission on Voter Fraud that he empaneled two weeks ago. I'm firmly convinced the commission will come back with overwhelming evidence of systemic fraud all over the country.
Whether we find there is a net benefit for one side over the other in the end, however, I remain skeptical of that.
We fight about irrelevant twaddle like transgendered bathrooms and common core math when the real issues of hollowing out the capital base of the country and the slow destruction of the individual nation-state proceeds unimpeded.
It's been obvious to anyone with a hint of skepticism for years that the two parties, at the top, are all one big club who care only about ensuring their continued power to extract plunder and pelf from us while pursuing their agenda to subjugate everyone else in the process.
So, color me not shocked to find that in California no less than 11 counties have voter roles with more registered voters than voting age adults.
This is where Hillary won by the widest margin. And then if you dig just a hair beneath the headline you find that in Los Angeles County, by far the most populous, the fraud is the worst... (from the article at Zerohedge)
In addition, Los Angeles County officials informed the project that “the number of registered voters now stands at a number that is a whopping 144% of the total number of resident citizens of voting age.”
That is a truly mind-boggling number.
Judicial Watch is the one who uncovered this story and sent a letter to California's Secretary of State detailing their findings and that they will be initiating a lawsuit against the State of California over this.
In fact, this is something Trump should seize on immediately now that California is in open revolt though both Calexit (which I heartily approve of) and Governor Jerry Brown prosecuting independent foreign policy with China (a treasonous offense).
I don't care if Trump is doing this for personal, narcissistic reasons. I just want the fraud exposed. It's a systemic transfer of wealth from the citizens to the politically-connected that needs to be stamped out. It will also RED PILL a lot of people on the Left as to the rightness of their positions, which they hold out of peer pressure, not logic or reason.
My hope is that that red-pilling is what serves as the impetus for more people to lose faith in the state as an institution that can guarantee rights. And push more people in the anarcho-something direction.
I don't think Trump won the popular vote, or anything, but fraud in the right counties in the right states is enough to move the electoral college permanently from one party to the other. When the Democrats failed to convince the people to do away with it post Gore v. Bush, the tactic changed to permanently turning Red States Blue through illegal immigration and fraud.
The states targeted are Florida, Arizona, Texas, Colorado, Nevada, North Carolina. They've nearly succeeded and that's why they are so dead-set against the border wall and any crack-down on illegal immigration.
MAY HE WHO CHEATS BEST WIN
If Trump doesn't pounce on the findings in California, he is making an awful mistake. Otherwise, it will be quashed by the MSM. Alt media must force this out into the public. Good article.
This is where we can help him in the counter-narrative. It's boring, dirty work but it's worth and we can puruse it in our own particular way. I think voting is freaking stupid and live by the motto....
Dont Vote. It only encourages them.
That said, puncturing people's illusions about the 'sanctity of our elections' and all of that posturing that takes place in DC is worthwhile to get people to see where the real problems are and find individual solutions to mitigate their effects....
I.e. you can vote the basterds out or you can simply ignore them and join the voluntary society being built up around cryptos or a bit of both... I'm sure there are other solutions I haven't thought of.
A long time ago, my grandparents went to vote in Democrat machine-controlled Hudson County. They were each handed a ballot that was already filled out for the Democrat candidate. They complained and demanded fresh ballots. They were refused. They left.
Upon returning home, the phone rang and my grandfather answered it. It was his brother. Some gentlemen from the machine had visited the tavern he owned, and informed him that if my grandparents didn't return to the polling place and vote "correctly", the tavern would burn to the ground that night. They did as they were told.
Democrat vote fraud may be as old as the party itself. I'm convinced that if you subtract the illegal votes, which undoubtedly went to Hillary, that Trump not only legitimately won the electoral vote, but the popular vote as well, and by a significant margin.
fantastic till the quote at the end :)
It's one of my favorite Mencken Quotes.
ah, I didn't know the name

Great post, agree totally.
I'm really glad that Trump has taken the initiative to look into voting processes, every time we have a national election, you here stories of vote manipulation, fraud, etc., but we're told that the anomalies are so small and localized that they would have little or no effect on the outcome.
Voting irregularities should not and would not be a concern if the local election commissioners/supervisors were doing their frickin jobs. Although the registered voter numbers posted above don't by themselves prove any fraud, they definitely prove voter roles are not being maintained properly.
Citizens should be able to go to the polls feeling confident that their vote has been properly counted and not undermined by disreputable election officials or ineligible voters
@dmud: There is a nice practical concept to solve that registered voter numbers, and we have it in almost all civilized countries all over the world: Universal suffrage. Every citizen has the right to vote. Passively, without being registered beforehand. The idea that I have to apply first is as sgtrange for Europeans as voting without proper ID.
I guess the key word in your post is citizen. Registration is supposed to be a means of proof of residency in a given county, if properly maintained the roles should prevent me from voting multiple times in different counties, and proper ID proves or augments my identity and residency.
Seeing that after the very poor handling of the Russia sanctions bill, Trump is taking a holiday, it doesn't look like he's going to seize this opportunity. On the other hand, I'm afraid it won't be long until we lose all hope of Trump actually doing something. I still believe he might, but I wouldn't bet on it.
I am getting to that point as well. I will still praise anything he does right, but also criticize him when he's wrong. Just like anyone else I encounter. Reward good behavior, ignore/criticize bad.
No one on the Left wants to admit it is their political death cult that is committing the vote fraud, and they certainly don't want us ignorant peasants making note of that
Hi @goldgoatsnguns, I have no intentions to convince you how wrong your generalized assumption is but there is one point the US electoral system is lagging behind - there is no centralized body reviewing teh process. If almost every county can design and organize elections (ballots, electronic with or w/o paper trail - you organize a landscape nobody really can evaluate. On the other hand is exactly this one reason to be cautious, if one hears about massive fraud. That task is extremly hard to handle because you have so many independent stakeholders.
I disagree. It is easy to corrupt specific supervisors of elections in specific counties and use them to jigger results to particular ends. In fact, it's incredibly easy. Now, that said, there is plenty of honesty in the process. But it doesn't take systemic fraud to throw a national election. A few thousand votes in certain precincts in certain counties is all it takes to flip a state from red to blue and vice versa.
Then there is the embedded inertia in government systems under no compunction to improve their methods, properly update their voter rolls, etc. It's a system rife for manipulation even without local corruption.
And that means the whole thing is suspect from both an incentive and mechanistic perspective.
Thinking about a national election as one big system and that it all balances out is the wrong way of looking at it.
"wrong way of looking at it" is a strong comment. And in an environment of societal mistrust, division and fearmongering let´s not put to much hope in any given system or commission to fix what goes too far beyond elections. In other words - if you look for improvement in the electoral system itself, this here might be a good starting point for ideas: http://www.osce.org/odihr/elections/usa/280331?download=true
I didn't say I had faith that the commission would FIX anything. Only that it would help to continue red pilling those still under the illusion that the systems themselves aren't the problem.
Fixing the electoral system properly starts with putting the whole thing on the blockchain. Anything short of that is just whistling past the graveyard. Cryptos and their derivatives are going to make elections of the current form obsolete anyway.
