THE US TRAVEL BAN.. WHO WILL WIN

PRESIDENT TRUMP MIGHT FINALLY BE GETTING HIS WISHES GRANTED BY THE SUPREME COURT

In the wake of President Trump’s election into the white house he made it known he won’t be going soft on terrorism like he believed his predecessor did in Syria. He made some promises which he’s determine to keep once in office. After being declared the winner of November 8th general election, winning by 304 electoral vote, It makes the beginning of a new era and total change in the approach to democracy, policy and decision making in the country, which brought us to the topic of immigration policy in America.

Earlier this year President Trump signed an executive order halting all refugee admissions and temporarily immigrants from seven Muslim-majority countries that brought about protest and disrupt all over the country. This order was signed in an attempt to reduce/stop any attack on US soil by immigrants from these seven countries but that move was blocked by federal court judges all over the country saying the move is unconstitutional and won’t be allowed.

But in the end it looks like President Trump will prevail after all, earlier to The United States Supreme Court revives part of the Presidents travel ban for refugee’s and Muslim-majority countries giving it a life line until they decide on its legality later in the year, which means some group of these people might not be able to get into the country or go through more scrutiny until the law is fully passed or shutdown again which doesn’t really look like it will be shutdown…

The question remains

• Will this law truly strengthen security in the US?
• Will the background check on immigrants be 100% effective?
• Should traveler be planning on spending more time at the airport for them to come into the county?

These are few of the questions we should be asking now..
