They're not helping.

So it just came out that they discovered a massive trove of unopened bottles of water in Peurto Rico.

THOUSANDS of unopened bottles of water meant for Puerto Rico hurricane victims found in field… AGAIN by @rt-international

Water bottles in Puerto Rico

So apparently thousands of bottles of water that were "expired" just got left in a field, undistributed. And this isn't the first time they found tons of water bottles in Puerto Rico that were supposed to be distributed. Apparently there were a bunch left on a tarmac somewhere, after being unloaded from a plane. They just left them somewhere and never distributed them. Supposedly it was because they "expired". But water doesn't spoil. You can leave it in the sun in those bottles and the plastic can make it taste a little gross...but you know why that happens? BECAUSE YOU LEFT IT IN THE SUN RATHER THAN DISTRIBUTING IT!

Being an environmentalist that is sick and tired of all this fucking waste in society though, when I see these idiots distributing bottles of water, I wonder why they chose that option, when it is so much cheaper to just bring a fucking filter.

Hell, there was a fucking Pauly Shore movie about how the army has their own fucking division for water treatment. Where the fuck are the "water boys" and girls? And preferably transexuals, because there's no reason just because someone doesn't feel at home with their genitals that they can't filter fucking water.

But instead they brought in tons of boxes of bottles of water, then just left them sit there.

People were fucking dying, and they just left them to sit there.

How long were they there? Who was responsible? Why were they left there to "expire"? Why weren't they emptied into a container and filtered after they expired, to give fucking water to people?

Why didn't they just bring reverse osmosis machines and filter and fix the water on the island?

Puerto Rico is CLOSE AS FUCK to Florida. There is NO reason they couldn't call around, find filtering equipment, and have it there in a day or less, to fix the fucking problem. But they didn't do their job. They just brought in boxes of bottles of water, and left them to sit around, until they "expired", and now they'll be poured out, and thrown away.

Because fuck the Earth. We don't have a huge problem where nothing gets fucking recycled and there is trash everywhere. It's not like there's a huge fucking patch of plastic trash in the middle of the fucking ocean. Just keep fucking doing the same shit like a fucking stupid crazy fucking idiot who doesn't realize their actions are ruining the fucking world.

But, as RT pointed out, Trump declared it a "huge success" like an army doll on a flight deck.

We need to fix our efforts. We are all in this together in the world. We don't like seeing people suffer. We don't want to see people dying. But we shouldn't send people to help that aren't going to help enough, when it's not even that fucking hard. A private citizen with a boat that has a water filtration system could help provide more water than is even in the field. And yet it was brought there, left there, and people died, because no one got them water.

Every time there's some problem, there's all these different people that want to help. There are people that buy food and bring it to different countries, while the companies make standard profits on them. There are people that bring water bottles when they could bring filters and fix things. There are people without access to clean water that just need filters and someone to show them how to build things to fix their situation. And the government could organize these different people and bring them together and spend far less money and actually get things done.

But they don't. Instead they do gestures, and waste fucking money, and we all scurry around like ants, and people die.

We're all in this game of power that's been set up, telling us who can do what, and it's just a fucking joke, and it's killing us.

There is a reason for it! Because it's government ;) second-biggest evil in the world, directly after fear!
