It's all the media can focus on these days is the upcoming election and who might be the 2024 winner. But despite the anticipation it is likely that the results will not come for some time after election day. Perhaps it might even be several days before an official winner is named.

Who is expected to be the winner? Various polls have named one person or another, with a variety suggesting that it's too close to tell a winner.

Are we going to see anything drastically change with foreign policy? Not likely. What about monetary policy? Not likely. What about occupational licensing and market freedom, or constitutional rights and victimless crimes so many have been punished for? With either of these candidates we aren't likely ever going to see any big changes in any of those areas.

What can we rely on? That we are likely going to continue getting more of the same.
