Seriously, Mr. Kiyosaki has helped millions getting them started in financial education. His books are a light, fun read. And did he ever take heat for writing, "Your house is not an asset".

But, I do understand that Robert is stuck in an old paradigm. In the next few years he will have to completely remake all of his businesses as property values plummet and cheap money dries up. Basically, all of his specific advice has an expiration date. All of his general advice is still good.

I am sorry to see him get triggered by "That guy" :-p , Jeff Berwick. I hope that its just him getting old and not taking criticism well anymore.
