"Republicans sued to have the Libertarians who had earned their spots removed from the ballot." That doesn't shock me. Libertarians tend to pull a lot of people who might have voted Republican to their side and they don't want to let that happen. Hopefully it might piss some of the voters off and they come to your side in response to it. I know a lot of people on the Dem side that reacted that way in 2016 when they saw Bernie Sanders get shafted by the pro Clinton establishment. It backfired on her (I honestly think that is what lost it for her despite all the nonsense claims of racism and sexism) and maybe it will backfire on the Republican party there.
