It’s coming from their budding stage I think. The bonding between parents is more and more stronger in Asian culture as compared to the Americans..If we check the divorce rate in between these two we can conclude that where the bonding rate is high..I think this may me one of the reason behind the IQ variations.. thanks for sharing @davidpakman
