Hi @adamkokesh - i host a German speaking Channel on steemit. Two questions:
Yes, all foreign bases will be closed. The soldiers who have legitimate defense functions will be apportioned among the states. I will not be employing the rest, as I will be retiring at the end of my service as Custodian. They should have no problem getting jobs as for every government job eliminated, we free up the resources for at least three legitimate jobs.
