Until one understands this in their own life they are enabling people and events real or perceived determine how they respond. This concept of course takes the term of ones entire life to accomplish at. However, when this is achieved in even a small way you begin to comprehend not only how precious every life is but more importantly you gain control of your feelings and in turn begin to decide how you want to feel at any given time.
