It’s enough to sign up (comment), post a daily report with your step count almost every day, and you’re already a great participant in the new edition.
The rules are so good that we basically haven’t changed them for many years. Every day we raise the virtual bar and try to stay active. Each day is a stage, and whoever gets the furthest wins.
For a month now we’ve had an app (a website) that handles everything related to the classifications. You can switch the language, enter data for subsequent days, and browse extensive historical statistics.
Thank you very much for helping fill out the interactive form! Your help accounts for about 40% of all new data in the system (streamlit → JSON). I’m very happy about it, because all the pains of entering data into the correct field and then calculating everything suddenly disappeared. I try to reward participants for entering data. You can read exactly how this works in the rules on the website.
If you have any ideas regarding the layout of the content on the page or here, feel free to share. This is your competition. I’ll be grateful for any suggestions.
I plan to publish a simple weekly update on the current situation in the competition. On the website, under the official results, there are examples of such weekly summaries. That’s where the list of beneficiaries for the posts that will appear in the coming week will be set. I admit that I have no idea what to post on hive.blog. Daily posts bordered on spam. I also don’t want to spend dozens of hours each week analyzing table positions (especially at the beginning of the competition). If you have an idea, once again I kindly ask for your suggestions.
A new edition will start in December, and a new form and the December edition will appear on the website. See you there!

@patif2025 — after debuting in July, broke her record already in August (10 more stages).
@merthin — in July beat his record by 3 stages. The previous result was from exactly 3 years ago.
@cezary-io — in June broke his August 2023 record by as many as 11 stages.
@homesteadlt — in April beat the record from June 2022 by 4 stages.

Zapraszam do grudniowej edycji!
Wystarczy się zapisać (komentarz), niemal codziennie zamieszczać raport z liczbą kroków i już jesteś wspaniałym uczestnikiem nowej edycji.
Zasady są tak dobre, że nie zmieniamy ich w zasadzie od wielu lat. Codziennie podnosimy sobie wirtualną poprzeczkę i staramy się aktywizować. Każdy dzień to etap, ten kto dojdzie najdalej wygrywa.
Od miesiąca mamy aplikację (stronę internetową) i ona załatwia całość związaną z klasyfikacjami. Można przestawić język, można wprowadzać dane za kolejne dni, można też przeglądać rozbudowane statystyki historyczne.
Bardzo dziękuję Wam za pomoc w wypełnianiu interaktywnego formularza! Wasza pomoc to około 40% wszystkich nowych danych w systemie (steamlit -> json). Bardzo się z tego cieszę bo wszelkie bolączki wprowadzania danych w odpowiednie pole i potem liczenia tego nagle zniknęły. Za wprowadzanie danych staram się nagradzać uczestników. Jak się to dokładnie odbywa przeczytacie w zasadach na stronie.
Jeśli macie jakieś pomysły co do układu treści na stronie lub tutaj to śmiało. To Wasza rozgrywka. Będę wdzięczny za wszelkie sugestie.
Planuję co tydzień publikować prosty wpis z aktualną sytuacją w rozgrywce. Na stronie pod oficjalnymi wynikami są przykłady takich podsumowań tygodnia. Tam będzie ustalana lista beneficjentów we wpisach jakie się pojawią w nadchodzącym tygodniu. Przyznaję, że nie mam pomysłu na wpisy na hive.blog. Codzienne wpisy ocierały się o spamowanie. Nie chcę też poświęcać dziesiątek godzin w tygodniu na analizę miejsc w tabeli (zwłaszcza na początku rozgrywki). Jeśli macie jakiś pomysł to jeszcze raz proszę o sugestię.
W grudniu wystartuje nowa edycja a na stronie pojawi się nowy formularz i nowa edycja grudniowa. Do zobaczenia!

@ataraksja - rekord życiowy z tej edycji (+2 etapy). Widoczny teraz w rankingu listopadowej edycji, po zakończeniu edycji wprowadzę go do bazy danych. Poprzedni był z maja 2023 roku,
@patif2025 - po debiucie w lipcu rekord pobiła już w sierpniu (10 etapów więcej),
@merthin - w lipcu pobił swój rekord o 3 etapy. Poprzedni wynik był sprzed dokładnie 3 lat.
