Dzieci niby lepiej, ale poszliśmy na kontrolę do lekarza, i całe szczęście, bo Dzidzia ma szmery na oskrzelach, więc niniejszym rozpoczynamy kurację sterydami. Oprócz tego niewyspany, ale przemiły dzień. Była zabawa, wspólne sprzątanie, obiad, który jest pyszny a robi się sam w air fry, spacer do lekarza i na zakupy. Lubię tak spędzać czas.
The kids are supposedly better, but we went to the doctor for a checkup, and that's fortunate, because Baby has bronchial murmurs, so we're starting steroid treatment. Besides that, it was a sleep-deprived but lovely day. There was playtime, cleaning up together, a delicious dinner made in air fryer, a trip to the doctor, and some shopping. I like to spend time like that.
Popełniłam też nutkę egoizmu, puszczając dzieciom bajkę, żeby mieć czas na trening. Bo tak wyszłam z założenia, że wymęczone ciało lepiej śpi, i może szybciej wpadnie w ten upragniony sen głęboki.
I also committed a bit of selfishness by playing a cartoon for the kids so I could have time to exercise. I assumed that a tired body sleeps better and might fall into that longed-for deep sleep more quickly.
