Hundreds of citizens have been evacuated, due to reports of gunshots in London's subway on Oxford Street.
Numerous armed police forces have emerged at the scene and are investigating whether this "incident is related to terrorism," the Telegraph reports.
Hundreds of citizens who were doing shoping in the shops around, police forced them to shelter in safer areas. Now this space is completely armed, however it is not known the shootings have to do with a gang banging.
Greg Bird told Daily Mail that he was staying in a cafe near Oxford Circus when he saw about 50 people running and screaming for fear. A witness on the same street said an armed man appeared in front of the crowd, causing panic on one of London's most frequented streets.
"Police have been calling around 16:38, after hearing some gunshots on Oxford Street and at the subway station," the metropolitan police spokesman said.
