The NFT market is in the spotlight with the total value of NFT transactions quadrupling to $250 million last year, according to a study from NonFungible and L'Atelier.
NBA Top Shot, a platform created by Dapper Labs in partnership with the National Basketball League attracted over $147.8 million in sales in February 2021 alone.
Most recently Christie’s auctioned off the record breaking Beeple NFT for a monstrous 69.3 million USD 🤯
All this to say that NFTs are here and they represent a massive investment opportunity.
Sure you can hold the individual NFT and hope its value goes up over time or you could own a piece of the underlying blockchain network.
In the case of NBA Top Shot, the $FLOW blockchain used by Dapper Labs has already climbed to gaudy 1.025 Billion market cap.
The question is whats the next great NFT blockchain gem that has the same potential or more ?
