perhaps i am your exact opposite,
i sleep anywhere and everywhere,
i can't remember a time, when i couldn't fall asleep,
no matter what meanderings my brain dwells on,
when i retreat to my peaceful slumber,
i sleep with no worries
is that a blessing or curse, I wonder?
Perhaps we could meet in the middle ground,
the ones who can't sleep ~ your followers
and the ones who sleep a lot ~ my followers..
while you ponder and churn out beautiful poetry,
I hope we don't doze off in the comfort of your lullaby
