spinning on a tilted axis

cold air sweeps
my trembling skin
spasms

i exude rattled breath
and tears brim
my eyes

tight across my skeleton
stomach grovels
as I do
crying out
for sustenance

lying under a scattering
of stars
darkness
next to a weak fire

Spectacular piece, @xanderslee. This is so visual and so thought provoking.

Thanks! @damianjayclay helped quite a bit. B3 is a genius, I say!

I mean... I accept.

I love the style! I feel like I knew you were a poet, but I forgot. :P

I hadn't written poetry in months, haha.

Ahhh. Then I didn't know you were a poet! And I'm a liar!
