If I go around your heart..,
Will I see any thing, black or white, about me?
Tell me, do you even see these words I ve kept for you?
Even when I go blunt...,
You don't follow me with your hands.
Who hears?
Sounds of Guns.
Your words of ammunitions, behind me, sounded loud and hard off your "gun mouth".
Clearly I can sing tis ain't 'bout you and me.
Coz like you, they don't see my regrets.
Little weeds just following me.
Now I have decided to let 'em be.
Black or white, I ll do some small gain.
I know, even if they run the night..,
Am sure, I be here smiling before the morning light.
Yes, I know coz of these signs before our sights.
And coz am all over your mind.
What the hell is he tryna say?
Funny thing.., tis all written for you to see.
Who hears?
As it feels deep,
I see your emotions so steep.
Just pray you have this to keep.
Tis all of me screaming for you to hold off some of these hurts.
You're there when I sleep and dream.

I liked this and especially enjoyed the "gun mouth" metaphor. This is a great write.
Thanks a lot for the compliment.
I know what it's like to feel and know someone so deep and meaningfully...even when they aren't there. :-) This poem really spoke to me. It has powerful imagery that reminds me of past relationships. Thanks for participating in the OHB @scoloscope!

Glad for this compliment.
Feels good to be back after being quiet for long.
I have a lot of scattered thoughts to pen down. Ur comments and corrections is a fine tuner for me. Very grateful.
