The knife injects, it turns and then twists
Warn hot leather rests in her pulsing wrist
The plea goes unheard as her triumph does sore
A friendship that was, is now a bleak bitter war

The knife in the back, was to seal her fate
A friendship no longer, just a void filled with hate
The knife in the back...a metophor of betrayal
A line was drawn, when loyalty did fail

Is the fiend a happy, carefree soul
Now she has reached her disloyal friend goal ?
Is she glad that she did that awful deed
Or will she miss her friend who was just in need ?

She made her bed, she chose the path
Now she will face the bitter sweet wrath

Friends are little nuggets of gold
Worth their weight, if the truth be told

Hey, just wanted to let you know I gave you an upvote because I appreciate your content! =D See you around

The betrayal of a friend even when it is drawn like a knife in the back is actually straight ahead to the heart of those wounds difficult to overcome, although you do not expect it always intuits there is something that tells us deep inside what will happen, but that once it happens the same will tear you through the wound from your heart to the back, only the poetry saves from pain, express yourself and continue trusting that a new friend will come at all times, greetings
