Shelter Invasion
Trapped in a shell;
it used to be mine.
Curled up in a corner;
my bones, crushed.
Current-swept sands
engulf my cover.
In an ocean’s sediment,
I am entombed alive.

You're saying a lot in this little poem @poetrybyjeremy, much food for thought! We should not allow our circumstances to entrap us nor let our inner peace be disturbed.
Hard to fight it when body and mind are not in sync. Thank you for your comment :)
