I'm finding that everyone has equal parts good and evil, light/ dark, Yang/Yin in their spirit. As such it's equally important to acknowledge both sides of ourselves. I find it increasingly difficult to come to terms w/ this dark side, and trying to suppress these demons/villains only riles them up. Does anyone else experience this?
