Sweet Solitude

Rays at my back led me to find
An oasis in a city
I'll set up camp
Because on a good day alone
Seconds pass slow
Digesting the moment
Revelry in solitude
Strength to love another
And I might share this spring
I now choose to be mine
With the winters come before
That it might give hope
For any like me
Facing the cold
Thanks for reading!
Love,
Grant me the serenity
To accept the things that I can not change
The courage to change the things I can
And the wisdom to know the difference
Solitude is a beautiul thing. I love you line about ’digesting the moment’, as it shows your loyalty to life and the depth of your thinking. I hope you learn to see the difference between the two things you mention, and strive to shape your life into what you want it to be. Thank you for sharing!
