I didn't remember it, but after looking at it a moment ago what's crazy is that it applied back then and still does now. I will say however, that I really DO believe that things are changing but that change won't happen from the gov't down. Maybe I'm naive but I really believe that today, it's about a change in consciousness and this will change everything including our government. My fingers are crossed that this will happen without too much tumult.
