Are you just a theory, for some, your existence is as comparable to the hypothetical idea, that there's life on Mars, but the lack of compelling evidence remains to be seen, so it's kind of hard to prove that you are indeed a known fact-
Justice, the meaning behind the name doesn't resonate with many, because something considered a fact must be established, tested and verified through experience, Liberty and JUSTICE FOR ALL! , has not been the experience, true fact, even though we've pledged our allegiance, the consensus for many is that the laws are bias, therefore sometimes excluding a culture called black-
Justice where are you!

Or Are you only available to a certain privilege few based on color or should I say a lack there of, is one of your characteristic identified by the amount of wealth that one has Amassed?
Even when the economic status measures about the same, when it comes to matters of law, crime and punishment the jury is hardly ever Hung -
un-balanced scales and the majority vote outweighs the facts, if this was stock, Wall street would report there's a high probability the black man will surely would be Hung- reminder of times Passed-

Because of some, I know the portrayal of black culture in the media could make the assertion that these statements seem emotionally Subjective- But Objectively I must concede that history records these statements to be True-
At a very high level, I'll name just a Few,
All the current police shootings are enough to make most of these cases Alone-
What's a trip is, this has been going on for years, and it's only been popularized because everyone has a cell Phone-

I could bring up Rodney King, I could bring up Redlining which was the practice of refusing to back mortgages in neighborhoods based on racial composition even though the family qualified Economically-,
I could bring up the Tusk-ke-gee Experiment which was intended to go
6 months but lasted 40 yrs. and finally ended in the early Seventies-
I could bring up lynching and Im not talking about 50 years past- we've had incidents within the last several years, that Recently-
I could bring up slavery, but I know what some are thinking, can't yall just move on pass like the Jews, Historically- here's the difference between the two, their color allowed them to assimilate in society much more Easily-
You see, the American dream was built on nightmares of the African American and these Psychological injustices are still being embedded today in our Psyche-
So I implore you to take heed and these words don’t pass them off as that same old Genetic Fallacy-
Because of the culture I was born into,
Justice where are you!

I could go on and on and appear to be one sided, pointing the finger and casting Blame-
But the black culture has some responsibility and accountability that must be Named-
In spite of all the outside wrong doings, as a culture WHAT we've done to each other is shamefully Insane-
If I was an officer and I perceived that you don’t even care for your own, self-preservation would be number one thing on my Brain-
This by no means is an excuse for any of the wrongful deaths and my heart goes out to all the families who are grieving and in Pain-
Justice where are you!
