The first part of my life
Was dedicated to destroying it
I was high as a kite
Flowing in the wind, out of sight
Out of might
One might
Even go as far as
To say I was dead inside
The second part of my life
I got up and brought the fight
To all those demons in my mind
A sigh of relief
Is given to those who find
That strength inside
To stand up, to move with the tides
Highs and lows
Knowing that, the most
We get out of life
Is death, and a few good stories
To remind ourselves, of the glory
Of the wonder
That eternal blunder, You
Must realize, that when in full bloom
Life cannot end too soon
