The heart hurts, a tear drops
The heart rejoices, a tear drips
A loved one dies, tears flow
A child is born and tears spill
Our heart is broken, our eyes sweats
We find love or love finds us but still our eyes leaks
We fail woefully, our eyes bleeds
We succeed and our eyes get wet.
We cry when we see loved ones cry
We cry when we come to the knowledge of God's love for us.
Pain makes us cry and so does joy
Poverty makes men cry, then they get rich and still cry.
We cry when we forgive, we cry when forgiven.
One day old babies cry, old people on their death beds cry too.
We see a poor helpless child cry and we are moved to tears.
We see a thief lynched but still we can't help but weep.
When the chuckles of our heart compels our faces to grin,
When we can no longer comport as our smiles suddenly laughs uncontrollably,
Still our eyes cry, a cheerful and hearty cry.
But whatever stirs up those beautiful tears,
Be it the pangs of pain or the ecstasy of joy,
Let it flow, it's a form of prayer, it's your soul yearning for help.
And you know what...
We don't have a high priest who is not touched by the feelings of our infirmities.
He understands it, he created it for a purpose.
Don't suppress or withhold it, allow it
When you're done, move on.
