Ethan, this poem was the best yet because you shared a part of you that speaks of your challenges in life. It was truly beautiful and real. Not everyone can reach down into their soul and pull up pain, hurt and yet hope. You really are amazing for such a young person but somehow your soul is old and deep. To be able to try to find the light at the end of a long tunnel shows that despite all darkness, there is hope and light....you just have to reach for it with determination.
