As the sky roars and the earth trembles
we lie embraced holding
harts and hopes,
dreams and wants
waiting to catch glimpses of each other
in the flashes of lightning.
The storm outside meeting stillness within.
Where intentions are made
and the divine creates,
the storm rages but can not touch
what harts dictate.!
